We need access to setup at 8 am. Doors open at 9 am. Event begins at 10 am. Event may end before 5 pm depending on how fast/slow the caucuses go.

Is there any A/V equipment available to rent? Microphone/projector would be perfect.

We will need as many chairs/tables as possible.
