DO 102/103: Annual Administrative Assistant Meeting

Set up for 80 people. Coffee and tea set up by 7:15 a.m.

(12) shorter tables with 5 chairs at each table; long wise facing screen. 

(7) Tall tables with 3 chairs each. 3-4 tall table tables along the side window at a diagonal facing the screen and the remaining 3-4 tall tables behind the small tables facing the screen.  

At 1:15 p.m. there will be a break and we need to put up the divider, however before doing so need to make sure there are (5) short tables in room 103 and the other tables can remain as is in room 102.
