Draft event format will include a welcome from the Mayor of Bellingham, followed by an introduction by Whatcom Health and Community Services Director Erika Lautenbach. Our keynote speaker will be Dr. Shannon Boustead of SeaMar Bellingham Medical Clinic. Community resource tabling will be available before the event, as well as during the brief 15-minute intermission and briefly after the event. After intermission, we'll have a panel discussion and moderated Q&A.

Ideally, we'd like to provide this program starting at 4 or 5pm, and expect the event duration to be 2 hours.

This event will be free and open to the public.
