CCA- Flu Shots for Faculty/Staff

Fountain RX will be on Cornerstone's campus Wednesday November 30 between 7:30 am and 9:00am to administer Flu Shots for those who are interested.   Make sure to print/complete the consent form on the link and bring to your appointment.  Don't forget to bring your insurance card.
