Vision Screening/Hyde Eye Care (all grades)

Hyde Eye Care will be providing a FREE eye screening that will include testing of visual acuity, depth perception, eye alignment, and basic perceptual skills. Please return Permission form to the teacher by Wednesday, Aug 17.
