FFCHS - JROTCPart 3 of a 3 part Denver Raider series consisting of fitness events including: 1.5 Mile Run, 2 Minute Push Ups / 2 Minute Sit Ups, Standing Broad Jump , Pull ups(Males), Flexed arm hang (Females), Seated Power Throw, Standing Power Throw, Sled Pull, Crossfit Course. There are NO military style events such as rappelling at this event.
