Set up at 3:30- Fair is from 4:30-6:30. 

10 folding tables in the cafetorium side with 2 chairs on each side (4 total per table). 

Screen down with HDMI cord to connect.

Folding table by the stage for appetizers. 

2 folding tables by the back wall for computers to be plugged in- 2 chairs per table.
