Wellness - Yoga

Join Jennifer as this yoga class will be more of a gentle flow yoga where no experience is necessary. We will take our time going through breathing exercises, stretching, sun salutations and then a gentle flow of yoga poses that will be geared towards relieving stress from the strenuous work week.
