Ordering 8 Panels from BSD
Need 4- 6ft tables (2 from Chinook/ 2 from BSD)
Need 6 tall bistro tables to go into small gym for 'standing zone' - find in 2500 storage room and hallways
Need 12 Chairs
Need 12 Cafeteria tables set up in commons
Lighting company providing decoration - need access to outlets
Est. attendance is 300
2 slushy machines will be brought into ASB room in the morning.
Need 5 easels for game area (Nellie Pogosian (2), Jens (3).
