Need 10 Cafeteria tables (set up on west and southwest end of the commons)

Need 3- 6ft tables for food (length-wise in front of cafe entrance)

Need 150 chairs set up in 2 sections in front of the stage

Need stage partitions open. 

Need 2 Mic Stands (no mics)
