The user has requested two 6' tables and 12 chairs for lobby. They have also requested use of a 'small' table on stage. There is often a small table outside the theater that can be used if necessary.

They have a volunteer that will do lights from the wall panel either on stage or in booth. They also have a volunteer that will open/close mid-traveler. Show both volunteers the day of the program how to work each.
