MIKE---Sorry we aren't going to get to see you this time around...
Based on what I saw last night, here's what I saw the need for. Hopefully Kendall's list had all this, plus whatever else he knows about that I didn't see last night---
Piano on Stage Left, in front of curtain, with mic
Chorus overhead mics like before... We will only be bringing 6 risers, so we can be downstage close to the curtain line
2-mic stands, booms, for the center quartet mics... I'll bring the 2 shotgun mics
2- monitors
4-corded hand mics, Shure 58's or similar are fine
Wireless emcee mic---a handheld would probably be best, based on our experience in June...
Headset on stage right, so Oliver and I can chat...
I will bring extra copies of the script with sound and curtain cues...and my gloves so I can work the curtain/ropes...and I've got gaff tape from PNTA...
I don't know what else Kendall asked for, like shells/clouds/etc...hopefully he will confirm that with you...
Based on the run-thru last night, and the cancellation of Bellevue College's Celebration, it looks like we won't have all the drums and instruments that come with Celebration...but will need the 4 hand-held corded mics instead...
