We would like use of the main entrance on Main Street, the hallway leading to the gymnasium, restrooms located near the auditorium for use by the public, the gymnasium, and the cafeteria.
Also, will need access to janitor's supplies for clean up afterwards.
Rachel Brannen, owner of Fountain Arts Center, is the organizer of the entertainment. District 8 students sing, her Arts Center students dance, and a few other groups participate. Rachel and other members of the FDEA will be glad to meet with Aragon staff and custodian prior to the event.
Approx. 20-30 vendors selling crafts will be set up around sides and/or end of auditorium. We will need clarification on whether food vendors selling jars of jam and wrapped baked goods can also set up inside.
Hours: Set up at 8:00 a.m., Event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., clean up until 5:00 p.m.
