Walgreens Childrens Hospital Dodgeball Charity Game

We will stay after the event to help clean up and have the support of staff member Teresa Chamberlain who will be running the night custodial crew on site already. Crystal Badial is a staff member at my store at Chelton and Academy and is the neice of Teresa so we can have constant communication about the needs of the school and her staff. (Crystal also has two daughters that attend the school) In regards to the event, we will have 15 players on a team and would like to continue to invite familes as well as have the same events as last year for the families (snacks, raffles, face painting, etc...), which is where we would increase our people count from the 60 team members to the 100 people at the event. Again, we will be happy to set up and break down anything we use for the night (last year it was 3 tables and the rest was just the use of the gym) and will have the gym in perfect shape and inspected by Teresa before we leave.
