A floor plan is forthcoming. We need 4-6 tables, for information kiosks, two tables with some chairs for folks to fill out surveys and then 2 table for cookies and coffee. We can use the round tables with chairs for most of it and should only need the two 6ft tables for the cookies and coffee service.
